Biography:
As an artist I put a focus on both figures and characters . I want to depict a confident
atmosphere with my art through mannerisms and bright vibrant colors. The materials I'm
used to are paint, charcoal and watercolor but mainly focus on digital art. Bright colors to me
show being bold and my digital pieces have a focus on color. Figures with exaggerated poses
are strikingly in the front of my pieces. The color of the piece pops out to the viewer and the
contrast with the color gives movement to the picture. I incorporated body breaking in the
composition to represent an exaggerated version of people posing confidently. The moving
faces in the background show the confusion of not knowing who you want to be. The use of
watercolor to show the smooth soft texture of that medium is to match the polished stone of
statues. For my digital art I create it on a Wacom one drawing tablet with photoshop. The
motivation I had to create art was being confused about my own identity, with having an anxiety
disorder I was confused about who I was so I depicted confident people putting their full
personality on display.
